Watchdog (watchdoghq.dev, watchdogverified.dev, amup.dev) is an uptime monitoring, journey verification, and status-page service operated by SOLO Labs. These terms govern your use of the public site, API, badge, SDK, and MCP server.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, zero false negatives, or specific latency thresholds. Monitoring data is advisory — it does not constitute an SLA commitment from us to you, nor from you to your users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOLO Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Watchdog — including missed alerts, false positives, false negatives, or downtime of the monitoring service itself.
The "Watchdog Verified" badge reflects the latest fresh evidence: the colour is capped to stale/unknown whenever evidence is stale or missing, and never fakes green. You may embed it on your site. You may not modify the SVG to misrepresent status, cache it for longer than 60 seconds, or use it to imply a certification or endorsement that does not exist.
The JSON API, SDK (@sololabs/watchdog-sdk), and MCP server are provided for integration. They run in your environment. We are not responsible for how you deploy, configure, or expose them. The self-service onboarding endpoint (POST /api/targets) adds your target to our monitoring rotation; removal is available on request.
We may update these terms with 14 days' notice via this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
You may stop using Watchdog at any time. We may suspend access for violations of acceptable use. Target configurations for suspended accounts are retained for 30 days, then deleted.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prague.
